NW Natural Street of Dreams: Nevaeh

Please, enjoy another post from my assistant, Laura.

Landscaping leading to Nevaeh

Nevaeh is a spectacular vision of a modern farmhouse–and what a spectacular home it is! The owners of the home lived on the property in a smaller version, but as their family grew, they realized they needed to upgrade. This magnificent home holds seven bedrooms, one outdoor and two indoor kitchens, a rec room, theater, pool, and a gorgeous music room. Honestly, who could ask for anything more?

We started our tour by peeking into the music room, where a majestic grand piano rests under a delicate wreath created from individual pages of sheet music. You can just imagine the beautiful music that fills the house from this room.

We made our way upstairs to the master suite, where Caralee stepped out onto the balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the outdoor living space. This outdoor space is incredible. A refreshing pool with a slide, a monogrammed basketball court, and full outdoor kitchen competed for best feature of the home—until we walked into the master bathroom.

As we entered the master bathroom, we saw the wine/beverage fridge along the wall. At the end of a long day, imagine enjoying a glass of wine while relaxing in the spacious soaking tub, then washing away the remnants of the day under the rain showerhead. This is the master bathroom of my dreams!

The four bedrooms for the family’s four sons are also on the second floor, each one decorated to express the boy’s styles. Two bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and two bedrooms shared a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom.

The final two bedrooms are on the main floor in the fully furnished in-law suite. This complete attached home has its own full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, master suite, guest bathroom, and guest bedroom. A treat for a multi-generational family!

One thing that stood out about this home were the different tile choices throughout the house. The familiar trend of white subway tiles is a good choice for a clean look, but I appreciate the mix of beautiful tile options used throughout the kitchens and bathrooms. It’s nice to see a different approach to styling like this.

Fun door pulls on the kitchen cupboards 😀

Neveah is a true family home with features that people of all ages can appreciate. TA LIESY HOMES NW did a great job with the design.
